Falmouth ZBA To Hold Board Workshop On February 26
The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals is set to hold a breakfast workshop session on Saturday, February 26.
The opening portion of the workshop will be a discussion on 40B developments with attorney Ilana Quirk. Points of conversation will include applications, substantial and insubstantial changes or modifications, enforcement, recall of applicants to discuss violations or concerns, and best methods to promote and negotiate.
Later, the board will hold an internal discussion about topics including recusals, continuances, filing requirements, stormwater inspections, landscaping and vegetated buffers.
Also on the agenda are discussions of legal opinions from town counsel and a policy regarding development violations, something that has been a point of contention for the board in recent weeks.
The workshop is scheduled to begin at 9 AM in the select board meeting room at town hall.
